Tiffin is the quintessential hub of Malaysian F&B scene. They collaborate with F&B vendors and businesses to curate unexpected culinary experiences, and provide a voice for chefs and food entrepreneurs to celebrate the narrative of South East Asian food culture. Taking cue from stacking tiffin carriers, the brand architecture and visual systems are designed to ensure consistent partner lockup application, and create dynamic vibrant typographic compositions that can accommodate any graphic, image or content.

Ox in a Box is a festive gift set designed to usher in the lunar new year of 2021. With 2021 being the year of the Metal Ox, we took the headstrong and driven bovine and interpreted it into a one-of-a-kind paper ox with a surprise. The paper craft ox features a jack-in-a-box mechanism, allowing it to spring into 3D form as it is released from its barn house shaped outer box. The ox boasts custom Chinese type set in holographic foil, drawn to evoke elasticity and springiness.

In conjunction with the launch of their new brand identity, food and event curation company Tiffin decided to launch a gift pack with eighteen F&B collaborators to contribute to a gift pack, where people can order and enjoy exclusive food items from the comforts of their homes. The flavours are a display of the creativity in Malaysia’s food scene, from decadent caramel konbu butter popcorn to buah belimbing (starfruit) hot sauces.
To convey the stacking system and the twist in the flavours, we designed a grand box to bring the flavour party into homes. With multi-tiered trays and a hinged shell, the opening experience is elevated—quite literally— with its three tiers of gift packs and bursts of colour. The new Tiffin’s new corporate variable typeface works hard within and around the box, stretching and contracting to fill every jar label and box surface without compromising on typographic beauty. 
The Tiffin Gift Pack is a bold celebration of colours, typography, and flavours, serving as a launchpad to their new branding and future tasty endeavours.

The year 2020 was a year where people were transfixed on numbers and graphs—of passing days, rising cases, and no hope in sight. Therefore, for Mossery’s Shapes of You year-end gifting campaign, we wanted to inject hope and optimism into numbers with a data-driven design for their annual gift box. 
The shapes and coloured regions represent data provided from Mossery’s audience, taken from a survey on their hopes and dreams for the future. The result is a collaborative design, literally cladding their gifted notebooks in our collective hopes and dreams. 
The campaign also featured numerous handcrafted paper shapes extracted from the gift box design, which allowed for quick generation of social media posts and promotional assets, while adding a physical presence to the data.

Introducing our inaugural Christmas product, F—TREE, a paper sculpture that blossoms from an unassuming slim card into a towering tree of geometric grandeur. An alchemy of our imagination and intrigue for what paper can do, each tree features a custom engineered pop-up mechanism that reveals an intricate dance of interlocking layers that rise to a height of 26cm, this Christmas tree is like no other. Every detail of the tree has been scrupulously considered; from the type of foils to the weight and texture of papers used. All in favor of an end product that is as artful as it is useful.

Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 8 Conlay is an up and coming mixed-use celebrating style, substance and refined city living. It comprises two towers of branded serviced residences, a tower housing a five-star luxury hotel and hotel residences as well as a four-storey retail podium. The holistic quality of the development gave rise to the distinctive logo, which draws direct inspiration from the number ‘8’ and is a reference to the development’s actual address. Evocative of a continuous loop, self-sustaining and in perpetual motion, the monoline logomark is set against a rich, navy blue backdrop. Understatedly  luxurious and contemporary, the logo design epitomises the elegant flair characteristic of the 8 Conlay brand.

The twenty tutu calendar is a wordplay on the year 2022, and represents the idea of finding balance in the new year. It features a vibrant cast of twelve tutu-loving animals, that can be seen striding through the days of the months, creating a disruptive calendar layout. The calendar comes as a set of twelve cards, and an outer packaging that doubles as a calendar stand. The back of the cards also reveals a puzzle, that when put together, forms an image of a colourful balancing act.
